TRAINING ON COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Our expert conducted a two-day training (3-4 August 2016) at the Georgian Central Election Commission (CEC) helping their staff members to enhance their communication skills. The training was done in the framework of the Council of Europe “Programme to support Georgia in view of the 2016 (parliamentary), 2017 (local) and 2018 (presidential) elections” and was organized by the Electoral Assistance and Census Division of the Council of Europe and the CEC.
CEC’s staff members learned about various communication tools & media outreach activities, how to use social media as a tool during elections and how to develop a crisis communication plan.
